We think you’ll be impressed with our cigarette filters. If you aren’t, we’ll be happy to accept a return, provide a replacement or exchange the item for another if we think it may work better for you.
You have 30 calendar days to return our products from the day you received it
To eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you the status of refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment method. You will receive the credit back in few days depending on your credit card issuers.
You will be responsible to paying your own shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations request must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation will be proceed if we have not processed and shipped your item. In the case we already shipped it, cancellation no longer available and you may have to return it once you received it. Please refer to return & refund policy above.
